1、被邀请人的信息About the person being invited /completename
3、生日date of birth,if known
4、职务及所代表的公司the company represented and the person’s position

7、你是否与该人相知，关系如何whether you know the visitor personally, and if you are related
8、访问目的（如需长期逗留，请解释原因）the purpose of the trip (if part of alonger-term project, please provide context)
9、访问时间和期限the length of time the person will be visiting your company in Canada
10、在加拿大的生活起居由贵公司承付accommodation and living expenses that your company will cover and
11、离加日期（最好是往返机票）the date the person in tends to leave Canada, if known.
