【精析】 1. learning→ studying study着重指"學習用功"， 而且有研究性， learn 側重於某種知識或某種技能的掌握。
2. travelled → travels在含賓語從句的句子中，主句中謂語動詞若爲過去時態， 則從句的謂語動詞也用相應的過去相關的時態。 但當從句表示的是客觀真理或自然現象等時， 其時態常用一般現在時。
3. from → on/over 從無線電廣播上學到或聽到， 應該用on /over the radio 或by radio。
4. knowledges →knowledge knowledge 是不可數名詞， 無複數形式。
5. with → by connect 的意思是"把A 和B 連接起來"。此句是被動結構，故用by 表示連接的方式。
6. for → to Thank for 意爲"謝謝"，可接名詞、代詞、動名詞以及名詞短語。而thank to 意爲"多虧；由於"，後接名詞，不單獨構成句子。
7. thirty metres wide→thirty-metre-wide"數詞+表示單位的名詞（量詞）+ 形容詞"結構作前置定語時須用連字符連接，中間的名詞用單數形式。
